  • We do not collect data when contacting Alpha Yachting via an email link which is included in the Website.

  • Name of the Charterer
  • Business Name (if a Business is being invoiced)
  • Email Address

What we do with the information

  • Provide (by email) an invoice for our services
  • Provide (by email) confirmation of booking and related detail
  • Maintain our internal record keeping


We are committed to ensuring that your personal data is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Specifically we use the following systems:

  • Easy Books – Online Accounting software
  • Mailchimp – Newsletter subscriptions (see below)

You may request details of the personal data which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.


We use Mailchimp to allow anyone interested in Alpha Yachting to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. We only collect an email address and we make it quick and easy to unsubscribe.

Charterers are NOT automatically added to our Subscriber list.

We will never sell, distribute or lease email addresses to a third party.
