This is ideal for larger groups whereby an additional boat is required but not necessarily similar to the other. Rather than another yacht why not combine your day and enjoy some great sailing as well as experiencing the thrill of being propelled across the Solent at high speed!

We can provide a suitable RIB or powerboat to achieve this with the intention of everybody meeting up for lunch then swapping boats for the afternoon.

Example Itinerary

This is a sample trip itinerary to give you an idea of the experience. Timings can be adjusted to suit the the needs and interests of the group and may be affected by the weather. 

0900 You will be greeted by your skippers and have a chance to get to know one another over a breakfast of bacon rolls, coffee and juice.

0930 Once onboard, the skippers will give a safety brief and run through the itinerary for the day.

1000 The 1st group departs Portsmouth Harbour (or Lymington) for a leisurely sail to Cowes (or other locations) on the Isle of Wight while the second group travels considerably faster and further before returning to meet up with the others for lunch.

1230 Arrive in the picturesque town of Cowes (or other locations). We can arrange lunch ashore in one of the many good pubs and restaurants, alternatively a buffet lunch can be enjoyed onboard.

1430 Both groups swap boats, one gently sails back to base whilst the other leaves them standing in order to further explore the Solent.

1700 On arrival back at the Marina, there is opportunity to discuss the pros and cons of power versus sail over a drink in the Marina bar!
