By Car:
From London take either the M3 or A3 and head onto the M27 towards Portsmouth. Take junction 11 off the M27, signposted Gosport & Fareham (A32). Continue along the dual carriageway a short while before turning left at the roundabout towards Gosport. Follow this next short dual carriageway for about half a mile, crossing another mini roundabout, then bear left after the petrol station towards Gosport. Continue straight on for about 5 miles, following signs to the town center and waterfront. Haslar Marina is at the far end of the town, off Haslar Road which is the left turning shortly after the bus terminal and Gosport Ferry (follow the main road round and you will see Haslar Road on your left between the tall blocks of apartments).
The entrance to the marina is about 100yds on the right (clearly marked between two large green buoys). Access to the visitor parking can be found on the right hand side just after you enter the marina, or you can access it off Haslar Road. Please note that parking is now Pay & Display only. Once parked you will need to walk through the berth holders parking area towards the marina village and then cross the road. Press the intercom at the main gates and use the name Alpha Yachting to gain access to the marina.
By Train:
Fast trains from London Waterloo will get you to the Portsmouth Harbour station (one stop after Portsmouth & Southsea) and from there you need to get on the green Gosport Ferry from outside the station. Visit the National Rail Website for more information. Once across exit the ferry terminal and turn left, then walk along the harbour side walkway until you come to the long breakwater where you will find the side entrance to the Marina. Press the intercom and use the name Alpha Yachting to gain access to the marina.
Meeting Place:
The yachts are berthed at the far end of F pontoon, with each mooring clearly marked. If you have not already been given a berth number then please check in with the marina reception on arrival and they will be able to help you.
For those of you having breakfast at the marina restaurant Landers (by prior arrangement only), this can be found in the marina village close to the main entrance. You will be met there by your skipper anytime after 0830. Landers can be contacted on 02392 588810.
For those of you having breakfast onboard you should proceed straight to the yacht where you will be met by your skipper.
